Ethiopia is considered the birthplace of coffee. This fair trade organic bean is light bodied with soft acidity, intensely aromatic yet finely balanced. The rich aroma is dominated by a pungent cedar sensation with distinct floral tones. An intense flavor that is clean, flowery and nutty chocolate all in one. Another great choice for iced coffees.

Shipping and timing for 5-pound bag orders: We roast coffee on Mondays and Tuesdays. Because we roast to order to ensure freshness, all online orders of 5-pound bags are roasted on those days. Orders to be roasted that week must be made by Sunday at 5pm. Orders made after 5pm Sunday will be roasted and shipped at the beginning of the following week.
