Our Brazilian beans are naturally processed by drying in the full cherry prior to de-pulping. They are lightly roasted to bring out notes of lemon, almond and sweetness with citric acidity.

Shipping and timing for 5-pound bag orders: We roast coffee on Mondays and Tuesdays. Because we roast to order to ensure freshness, all online orders of 5-pound bags are roasted on those days. Orders to be roasted that week must be made by Sunday at 5pm. Orders made after 5pm Sunday will be roasted and shipped at the beginning of the following week.
